Shipping Policy
We make our teas in small batches in Nevada and ship them with care.
- Where we ship: within the United States.
- Processing time: orders are packed and shipped from Nevada within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.
- Shipping cost: calculated at checkout by address. Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $200.
- Delivery time: standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after it ships.
- Address accuracy: please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's on its way, but we'll always help where we can.
Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Because our teas are consumable products made for your safety, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds — including for change of mind or "not the right fit."
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at Order@desertmedicinals.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement.

- What we collect: the details you give us (name, email, shipping/billing address, optional phone, order details) and basic device/usage data via cookies.
- Payment: processed securely by Shopify and its payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers.

- Who we share it with: service providers who help us operate (Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email tools) — only as needed. We do not sell your personal information.
- Your rights: request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and opt out of marketing any time. Nevada and California residents have additional rights.
- Children: our store isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

- Orders & payment: placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Prices are in USD. Checkout, payment, shipping, and tax are handled securely by Shopify.
- Buy 3, Get 1 Free: when qualifying blends are in your cart, the offer applies automatically at checkout. Offers may change or end at any time.
